Confirmation + intake form — you'll get an email and a WhatsApp text with your medical intake form. It takes ~5 minutes; the doctor reads it before your call.
Your video evaluation — a real conversation, not a checkbox exam. Have your rough weight, any medications, and recent labs (if any) handy.
Your plan in writing — if you're cleared, you'll receive the doctor's recommendation and program options the same day. Nothing to pay before that.
